The 8-Day Itinerary

While this incredible sample itinerary offers a glimpse of your upcoming retreat experience, the final schedule will be tailored to accommodate weather conditions and shared with you two to three days before your arrival. Please note that boat excursions are contingent on retreat size and weather conditions.

    Day One: Welcome to Paradise! ✨

    Arrival for our fabulous guests! You can expect a welcome lunch featuring local delicacies. Today will be an excellent time to explore, lounge and rest around our beautiful villa estate. Later on in the day you can enjoy a sunset yoga class with your teacher as well get to know the other retreat guests during dinner!

    Day Two: First Taste of Mediterranean Magic 🚢

    Set sail on crystal waters and beach hop spots such as Sweet Water, Porto Loutro and Marmara.

    Day Three: Kalypso Beach 🏖️

    Enjoy a beautiful beach day on Kalypso Beach. Bring a snorkel or goggle set to explore the ocean floor at Kalypso!

  • DAY FOUR

    Day Four: Kourtaliotis Gorge 💧

    Enjoy a 20 minute hike down and back and plunge the beautiful cold gorge!

    Day Five: Balos Beach & Boat Day 🌅

    Enjoy another boat excursion and beach hop beautiful places such as Balos, Gramvoussa, Menies, Choironissia and Sfakos!

    Day Six: Rest & Old Town Chania 💃

    Morning: Sleep in and relax!

    10:00 AM: Rejuvenating flow (45 min) + journal (15 min)

    11:00 AM: Delicious brunch feast

    Midday: Feed the friendly goats of the estate

    2:00 PM: Depart for Old Town

    3:00-6:00 PM: Explore the charming streets of Old Town Chania

    7:00 PM: Dinner at Pallas Restaurant

    Evening: Enjoy the vibrant nightlife of Old Town

    Day Seven: Rethymnon 🏛️

    Morning: Sleep in!

    10:00 AM: Energizing flow (45 min) + journal (15 min)

    11:00 AM: Delicious Brunch Feast

    12:00 PM: Departure

    1:00 PM: Explore the historic town of Rethymnon

    4:00 PM: Depart from Rethymnon

    5:00 PM: Arrive home to villa. Rest or pack bags depending on flight times for following day

    6:30 PM: Final dinner feast. ABBA and Mamma Mia style celebration pool party! Themed outfits super trouper welcomed!

Travel Arrangements

Your Self and Sol retreat package includes all accommodations and experiences—just book your airfare and we'll handle the rest! Our wonderful team will help you find the best flight deals and connect you with fellow retreat guests so you can travel together.

By coordinating with us, you'll maximize your first-day experience and enjoy hassle-free airport transfers to and from Chania International Airport (CHQ) in Crete. If you prefer to book flights independently, we recommend scheduling an early arrival to fully immerse yourself in the retreat from day one!

Please note: If you arrive more than 3 hours after our coordinated group arrival time, you'll need to arrange your own transportation to the villa. But don't worry—we'll work closely with you to ensure our driver can meet you and do everything possible so you won't have to travel to the villa alone.

All guests must secure comprehensive travel insurance before their retreat experience. Safety first, adventures second!
