Hey, I’m Kaylee! x

Self & Sol is a passion project born out of my love for a practice that saved my life. My journey began in a space as beautiful as the one that we’ve created in Crete, and it’s a journey that led me to the best parts of my life. In addition to helping you book the retreat that best aligns with what you’re looking for, I hope to create an experience that nourishes and replenishes your soul in the most cosmic way.

My objective is not only to create a safe space where you can reconnect with yourself but to also give you the opportunity to immerse yourself in a community of people who can help you along the way.

Class is followed by some time for introspection. We encourage you to take this opportunity to meditate, journal and go within. The prerogative here is to allow you to reconnect with the parts of you that have been placed on the back burner in your every day life. Connecting with yourself will not only help you stay in tune with the world around you, it will also make the experience more mindful and way more fun!
